Hello! Welcome to Kylie & Bruno Bertucci’s Demonstrator Training Blog Hop for June 2023. I’m Theresa with Theresa’s Treasures Paper Crafts. I have a quick and simple Biggest Wish Thank You card for you today! I am so glad you are joining me!

We are a group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world. We are taking part in this awesome training program to help us build a successful Stampin’ Up! business. My goal is to participate in the monthly Blog Hop to be more consistent with posting a blog.

Measurements

Starry Sky cardstock card base: 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
Basic White card stock: 4″ x 5 1/4″ and 2 1/4″ x 5 1/8″
Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper (DSP): 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ and 1/2″ x 5 1/4″- On Sale Now! See below

Biggest Wish stamp set
Online Exclusives Basics 3D Embossing Folders: dot pattern
Ink: Starry Sky, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Berry Burst and Fresh Freesia
2022-2024 In Color Pearls
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

Instructions

Start by stamping the “THANKS” sentiment onto the top left of the 2 1/4″ x 5 1/8″ Basic White cardstock with Daffodil Delight Ink.
Next stamp in Fresh Freesia Ink on the bottom left.
Shift to the right and stamp in Starry Sky Ink just under the Daffodil Delight “THANKS”.
Stamp on the center left in Granny Apple Green Ink.
Finish up the stamping with the Berry Burst Ink shifted to the right.
Run the Starry Sky card base through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the dot pattern of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders so that the front panel is embossed.
Adhere the 1/2″ x 5 1/4″ strip of the Delightfully Eclectic DSP (rainbow stripe pattern on the back of the pretzel pattern) on the left side of the 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic White cardstock. Leave a 1/4″ space from the left edge.
Now adhere this card piece to the inside of the Starry Sky card base.

Next adhere the 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ DSP strip to the left side of the front panel. Leave 1/4″ space from the left edge.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the sentiment panel to the card front.
Add Bling! with the In Color Pearls.

This Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card is made using the awesome Fancy Flora 6 x 6 inch Designer Series Paper. The “Thank You” sentiment is part of a must-have sentiment set– Something Fancy. The Something Fancy stamp set has sentiments for a variety of common card themes!

The beauty of the Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card is that you can use a variety of the Stampin’ Up! colors. TIP: The coordinating colors are always listed on the back of the package of Designer Series Paper. The colors for the Fancy Flora DSP that I chose are: Balmy Blue, Night of Navy, Orchid Oasis, Fresh Freesia & Calypso Coral.

Measurements

Basic White card stock (cs) card base: 4 1/4 x 11 inches with a score line at 5 1/2 inches
Basic White cs: 2 x 2 inches for the sentiment
Colored cs: 3 3/4 x 5 inches & 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inches
Fancy Flora DSP: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches

This version of my Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card is done with Orchid Oasis cs.

Instructions

Stamp the “Thank You” sentiment in Orchid Oasis Ink onto the
2 x 2 inch Basic White cs.
Use the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the second to the smallest stitched square die in the Stylish Shapes Dies to die cut the sentiment.
Adhere the Fancy Flora DSP to the Orchid Oasis cs. Then adhere the panel to the front of the Basic White cs card base.
Use glue to adhere the 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inch Orchid Oasis cs square to the sentiment at a slight angle. Then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the card front.

Now for some Bling! The Iridescent Pastel Gems come in 3 colors-Balmy Blue, Calypso Coral and Gold. I used 3 of the Balmy Blue gems around the sentiment to add a little sparkle!

Voila!

Use a variety of the designs in the Fancy Flora DSP along with different colors of card stock to create your own set of the Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card!

These owls are just so–well Adorable! And the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper (DSP) gives you a wide variety of bright & fun designs to choose from.

You can choose how you would like to color these cute owls. I used the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers in Daffodil Delight, Balmy Blue, Granny Apple Green, Calypso Coral, Fresh Freesia and Ivory/Bronze. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Black Ink.

Orchid Oasis card stock (cs) card base: 4 1/4 x 11 inches scored at 5 1/2 inches
Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4 1/4 x 6 inches
Basic White cs: 3 x 3 inches for the sentiment and 4 x 5 1/4 inches for inside
Metallic Woven Ribbon 1/8 inch in Orchid Oasis: 8 inches

Instructions

You are going to love this is a super simple & quick Thank You card!

Cut the Fancy Flora DSP to 4 1/4 x 6 inches. Place the large floral die on the very edge of the right-hand and bottom edges. You will trim the excess off the top and left-hand edge later.
I use a sticky note tape to hold the die in place.

3. TIP: Run the die through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine at a slight angle. The die will go through more smoothly.

4. Trim the excess off of the top & left-hand edges. Leave about a 1/8 inch border.

5. Use the Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Adhere the die cut to the front of the Orchid Oasis cs card base.

6. Use the “Thank You” sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set. Stamp in Orchid Oasis Ink onto the 3 x 3 inch Basic White cs. Let dry.

7. The sentiment is cut with the hexagonal die from the Two-Tone Flora Die.

8. Place some Mini Glue Dots on the back of the sentiment. This will hold the 1/8 inch Metallic Ribbon in place. Then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it to the card front.

9. Add some Bling! with the Iridescent Pastel Gems.

Voila! You have a super simple and quick Thank You Note! Beautiful!

Stampin’ Up! Kits Collection-The Best Remedy

Hello and Happy Monday! We the made cards in the Stampin’ Up! Kits Collection- The Best Remedy at my Zoom Card Making Class this last Saturday. So much fun and we all ended up with 9 great Get Well cards!

Card #1

The first card has a sweet little skunk with a paired sentiment “Even though this stinks…”. There are two choices for what follows. I chose “I’m here for you”. You could also choose “Feel better soon”. Notice the sparkling flower sequins! I only have one card left. I have already mailed the other two away!

Card #2

There is also an ice-cream-eating mouse! He/she recommends ice cream as a remedy! Which I will wholeheartedly agree with! I made three different versions of this card just by cutting the pink background. I like to figure out how to make alternative cards, limiting myself to what comes in the kit.

Card #3

This adorable little chick has an old-fashioned ice pack on his head. He has a sweet sentiment “A little bird told me you were under the weather”. Check out the shiny sequins over his head! Again, I created three versions of the card. I did this just by placing the dark blue panel in a different position each time.

Stampin’ Up!® Easter Friends Fun Fold Easter Card

Hello my fellow crafters! Happy Friday and welcome to my Friday Fun Fold! Today’s card is an Easter card made with Stampin’ Up!® Easter Friends stamp set!

Measurements & Supplies

Daffodil Delight Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 5 3/4 inches with a score line at 1 1/2 inches with the 5 3/4 inch side on top
Daffodil Delight CS: 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches and 3 x 4 1/4 inches
Basic White CS: two at 2 3/4 x 4 inches
Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4 x 5 1/4 inches and two at 1 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches
Bumblebee 1/4 inch Gingham Ribbon
Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels
Ink: Soft Suede, Evening Evergreen and Mango Melody

Stamping

On the first 2 3/4 x 4 inch Basic White CS stamp the bunny in Soft Suede. The “Happy Easter” is done in Evening Evergreen Ink. On the second Basic White CS stamp the sentiment “sending warm and happy wishes this spring” also in Evening Evergreen Ink. The little chick is stamped in Mango Melody Ink.

Assembling the Card

Adhere the bunny card piece to the 3 x 4 1/4 inch Daffodil Delight CS. Adhere one of the 1 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch Flowering Tulip DSP to the 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch Daffodil Delight CS. Adhere the other 1 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch Flowering Tulip DSP to the corresponding space on the Daffodil Delight CS card base as shown. Adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Flowering Fields DSP to the inside of the card base.

Adhere the little chick card piece to the inside of the card. Close the card and lay the 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch Daffodil Delight CS/DSP piece in place on the right. Apply adhesive to the left and right edges of the bunny card piece and adhere to the card.

Tie a small bow with the Gingham Ribbon and use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the bow to the bunny. Add the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels and Voila! you are all set for a Happy Easter!

Stampin’ Up!® On the Horizon #SimpleStamping “Breathe” card

Happy day my crafty friends! I have a series of beautiful #SimpleStamping cards for you! I will show you the second one today. Click HERE to see the first card in the series.

The New Horizons Designer Series Paper really makes the card for you. And they turn out to be stunning cards with minimal effort on your part!

Here is the scene for today. What do you see in your mind’s eye?

Here is my card with the addition of the birds, grass, trees and sentiment from the On the Horizon stamp set.

Measurements

New Horizons “Breathe” card

Granny Apple Green Card Stock (CS) card base: 4 1/4 x 11 inches with a score line at 5 1/2 inches
New Horizons DSP: 4 x 5 1/4 inch and a 3/4 inch strip for the inside
Basic White CS: 4 x 5 1/4 inches

Ink: Granny Apple Green, Blackberry Bliss and Evening Evergreen

Stamping

Start out with the Granny Apple Green Ink and the grass stamp from the On the Horizon stamp set. Stamp the grass on the lower portion. Next use the Evening Evergreen Ink and the small trees. Stamp some trees at full strength. For other trees Stamp Off once. This makes the trees more 3D.

To finish the card, use Blackberry Bliss Ink to stamp some birds and the sentiment “Breathe”. Now take a breath and admire your work.

Adhere the 3/4 inch strip of the New Horizons DSP to the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Basic White CS. This is the inside of the card. Use the Blackberry Bliss Ink to stamp some birds in the upper left-hand corner.

Adhere the inside panel to the inside of the Granny Apple Green CS card base. Then adhere the front panel to the front of the card base.

Voila! Gorgeous! And so simple!

I belong to a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin’ Up!® business. I am a Demonstrator in Arizona, USA. If you are not already an amazing demonstrator, or do not have a fabulous demonstrator and live in the USA, I would love to be your most awesome demonstrator! For this card I chose to use the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels for the Bling! The cool thing about the Iridescent Rhinestones is that they take on the color around them. So on green paper there is a blue and green sheen!

Friday Fun Fold Stampin’ Up!® Tulip Fields

“Let today be the start of something new” is the sentiment for the Friday Fun Fold Stampin’ Up!® Tulip Fields card today. It is a great inspirational sentiment to start the New Year!

This is an Inspirational Fun Fold card using Stampin' Up Tulip Fields stamp set and Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper. — Fun Fold Stampin’ Up!® Tulip Fields

This beautiful inspirational handmade fun fold card is really pretty simple to make. Just follow the step-by-step photographic tutorial below. A complete photographic and clickable supply list is found at the end of the blog.

Measurements for the Fun Fold Stampin’ Up!® Tulip Fields

Rich Razzleberry Card Stock (CS) card base: 8 1/2 x 11 inches. With the 8 1/2 inch edge on top, score at 2 1/8 and 6 3/8 inches. Turn the card stock so the 11 inch side is on top and score at 2 3/4 and 8 1/8 inches. Cut off the corners as shown.

Rich Razzleberry CS: 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches.
Fresh Freesia CS: 1 x 10 inches scored at 2 1/8 and 6 3/4 inches.
Basic White CS: 2 1/4 x 4 inches and 4 x 5 1/4 inches (not shown)

Flowering Tulips Designer Series Paper (DSP): 2 x 2 1/2 inches. *Be sure the pattern is in portrait orientation

Stamping

Stamp on the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Basic White CS. The tulips are a 3 step stamp. The first step is to stamp the outline in the Rich Razzleberry Ink. The second step is done in the Fresh Freesia Ink with the stamp to fill in the color. Note: Remember to use the Stampin’ Pierce Mat or a catalog to stamp on when using the clear Photopolymer Stamps.

For the third step I used Blackberry Bliss Ink. Repeat the process for the tulip bud.

Add stems using Soft Succulent Ink. You will need to use a piece of paper to mask the tulip under the tulip bud when stamping the stem for the bud.

The leaves are 2 step stamps. I used the Evening Evergreen Ink first, then the Soft Succulent Ink. And there you have the inside of the card!

Using the Blackberry Bliss Ink, stamp the sentiment on the bottom portion of the 2 1/4 x 4 inch Basic White CS. Use the Label Me Lovely Punch to punch it out. Then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the label to the 2 1/4 inch square of Rich Razzleberry CS.

Assembling the Card

To fold the Rich Razzleberry CS card base, start by folding the bottom flap up. Fold the left-hand flap to the right. Then fold the top flap down. Finally, fold the right-hand flap over to the left.

Now tuck the bottom corner of the right-hand flap under the right-hand corner of the bottom flap. This is the same as the way you would fold the top of a box. Tip: Be more gentle than I was as I made a slight crease on the bottom flap.

Adhere the Flowering Tulip DSP pieces as shown.

Open the card up and adhere the inside panel to the inside of the card base.

Fold the card and wrap the 1 x 10 inch Fresh Freesia CS band around the middle of the card. Adhere at the front. Be sure NOT to adhere the band to the card. Apply Stampin’ Dimensionals to the band and adhere the sentiment label to the band. The band shown slide off easily.

Bling!

One of my favorite embellishments in the new 2022 Stampin’ Up! January-June Mini Catalog is the Brushed Brass Butterflies! You can easily transfer the butterflies to your card with the Take Your Pick tool. They are so shiny!

This beautiful handmade inspirational fun fold card is simple to make using Stampin' Up! products including the Tulip Fields stamp set and Flowering Fields Designer Series paper.

Voila! The Fun Fold Stampin’ Up!® Tulip Fields inspirational card is finished! Give this one a try, it is a lot of fun. The first time around is always the most difficult. Tip: I often will make a new fun fold card with just the Basic White CS first until I get the hang of it.
