Welcome and thanks for visiting Theresa’s Treasures Paper Crafts! I am Theresa and I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Arizona, USA. Today is the monthly Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop! I am excited to be hopping with awesome demonstrators from around the world.
Today we are showcasing the Framed Florets Bundle. This is part of the Fitting Florets Collection.
Distressed Gold 12×12 inch Specialty Paper: 4 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches
Prepare the card pieces as shown above.
Use the Framed Florets Dies largest frame to cut from the Distress Gold Specialty paper.
Stamp the sentiment onto the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch Very Vanilla cs with the Stamparatus. Start with Memento, then stamp over the memento with Versamark. Cover in Clear Emboss Powder. Set with your heat tool. Use the Framed Florets Dies largest frame to create the oval.
Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers make coloring so fun. The flowers are colored in Dark Daffodil Delight, Light & Dark Poppy Parade and Light & Dark Shaded Spruce. Use the Framed Florets Dies to die cut the flowers.
Assemble the Card
Start by adhering the Shaded Spruce cs to the front panel of the Very Vanilla cs card base.
Then adhere the Poppy Parade layer.
Adhere the sentiment to the center of the Poppy Parade cs.
Next adhere the Distressed Gold frame.
5. Finish with Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the flowers.
Add some Gold Brushed Metallic Dots for a little Bling! And Voila! you have a very elegant Christmas card!

Today everyone is sharing their inspiration from this colorful Scene & Color Challenge. There are several of us hopping today. My Framed Florets Mountain Scene card is just one idea. You will find a list of participants for you to follow along at the end of my blog post. Visit each blog for awesome ideas!
I was very inspired by the gorgeous, colorful mountain scene! The Stampin’ Up! colors match perfectly. Today I am using all of the colors!
I was able to achieve the mountain scene by using the Blending Brushes and a torn piece of copy paper.
Create the Mountain Scene
Trace the inner border of the larger frame from the Framed Florets Dies onto a 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch Basic White card stock(cs). Tear some copy paper strips. Secure the Basic White cs with repositionable tape. Secure the strip of copy paper as well. Start on top with the Fresh Freesia Ink and a Blending Brush. Apply the ink lightly at first. Darken to your liking. Add a small amount of the Orchid Oasis Ink in the upper right corner. Remove the copy paper mask.
Add the Trees
Move the copy paper down a bit and apply the Fresh Freesia Ink again. You may shift the copy paper strip, or even turn it over for variation. Continue moving down and use the Starry Sky Ink. After a couple of layers, use the Evening Evergreen Ink to stamp the trio of pine trees. The trees are in the Peaceful Deer stamp set. Re-apply the copy paper strip at the same level and stamp the smaller trees. Stamp off on some trees. This will give a 3D effect.
Continue to move the copy paper strip down. Switch to the Evening Evergreen Ink. Finish up with the Daffodil Delight Ink. Add a touch of Pumpkin Pie Ink on the bottom left. Tip: The Daffodil Delight Ink layer is in line with the hill under the stamped tree on the left.
Basic White cs card base: 8 1/2 x 11 inches scored at 4 1/4 inches
Basic White cs: 1 x 3 1/4 inches for the sentiment
Evening Evergreen cs: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches, 4 x 5 inches for the large frame and 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches for the inner frame.
Texture Chic 12×12 inch Designer Series Paper (DSP): 4 x 5 1/4 inches
Note: I Stamped Off with the Fresh Freesia Ink and the paint arch stamp in the Season of Chic stamp set to add a little color to the sentiment background. The sentiment is stamped in Evening Evergreen.
I hope this colorful card has inspired you and hopefully brightened your day. There are other amazing inspirations for you to see as you hop along this blog hop. Please see the list below. You are at Theresa’s Treasures written by Theresa McEntee. Be sure not to miss anyone!
Hello and Happy Monday! We the made cards in the Stampin’ Up! Kits Collection- The Best Remedy at my Zoom Card Making Class this last Saturday. So much fun and we all ended up with 9 great Get Well cards!
The first card has a sweet little skunk with a paired sentiment “Even though this stinks…”. There are two choices for what follows. I chose “I’m here for you”. You could also choose “Feel better soon”. Notice the sparkling flower sequins! I only have one card left. I have already mailed the other two away!
There is also an ice-cream-eating mouse! He/she recommends ice cream as a remedy! Which I will wholeheartedly agree with! I made three different versions of this card just by cutting the pink background. I like to figure out how to make alternative cards, limiting myself to what comes in the kit.
This adorable little chick has an old-fashioned ice pack on his head. He has a sweet sentiment “A little bird told me you were under the weather”. Check out the shiny sequins over his head! Again, I created three versions of the card. I did this just by placing the dark blue panel in a different position each time.
I highly recommend this kit to beginning and experienced crafters alike. You can put the cards together rather quickly. It is a good idea to have Get Well cards on hand. You never know when a Get Well card will be needed.
Next Zoom Class with Theresa’s Treasures
I am creating the next cards for my December 10, 2022 Zoom Card Making Class. I am using the Kindest Gnomes stamp set and Gnomes Dies. If you would like to join us, please email me for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will also update the information on this blog ASAP. Order soon as there is Thanksgiving Holiday that will slow shipping down as well as the beginning of the Christmas Holiday season.
Basic White card stock (cs) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches
Basic White cs: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches to die cut the large scalloped rectangle and 2 x 3 1/4 inches for the sentiment
Blackberry Bliss cs: 1 1/8 x 2 3/8 inches to go behind the sentiment
Hues of Happiness DSP; enough to die cut the flowers and leaves needed
Happiness Abounds stamp set
Blossoming Happiness Dies
Scalloped Contours Dies (also on sale!)
Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder (also on sale!)
Blackberry Bliss Ink
Foam Adhesive Sheets: one sheet cut into 1/4 inch strips
Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine
Run the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch Basic White cs through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder. Then run it through with the large scalloped rectangle in the Scalloped Contours Dies. Set aside
Use the Blackberry Ink and the “You are wonderful in every way” sentiment. Stamp onto the 2 x 3 1/4 inch Basic White cs. Run this through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the smaller scalloped rectangle in the Scalloped Contours Dies.
Adhere the sentiment to the Blackberry Bliss cs. Set aside.
4. Use the Blossoming Happiness Dies to die cut the flowers from the Hues of Happiness DSP.
Tip: When adding dimension to the card with a large card piece, use the Foam Adhesive sheets cut into 1/4 inch strips. You get more even support of the card piece.
5. Adhere the large embossed scalloped Basic White cs rectangle to the front of the Basic White cs card base with the 1/4 inch strips of the Foam Adhesive Sheets.
6. Adhere the sentiment with the 1/4 inch Foam Adhesive strips. Use a couple of Stampin’ Dimensionals in the center of the larger flower to adhere it. Add the smaller flower and leaves by sliding them under the larger flower. I use the Multipurpose Liquid Glue for this. It is easier to slide the card pieces.
7. Add the Opal Rounds and Voila! you have a very elegant card!

November Paper Pumpkin Kit-Ho Ho Ho!
Let me share with you what came in the November Paper Pumpkin Kit so you have an idea of what to expect. You can also create alternative cards using the elements in the kit in different ways!
These cards were made using the Ho Ho Ho November Paper Pumpkin kit. The card on top is made following the instructions in the kit. The card in back is an alternative version, still using what was in the kit, but done just a little bit differently.
For the alternative, I used the Crumb Cake laser-cut snowflake panel as a stencil. I applied the Crumb Cake Ink with a Blending Brush to create a subtle shadow of snowflakes for the background. Then I tilted the letters and Santa for the “JOY”.
The alternative for this one was created using the laser-cut snowflake panel that came with the next card. I used Pool Party Ink and a Blending Brush. I also added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the sky!
Is is the third card in the November Ho Ho Ho Paper Pumpkin kit. The top card is the way it is done following the instructions. Notice the iridescent snowflake that came in this kit!
The bottom card was made by turning the laser-cut snowflake panel over. I also used Pool Party Ink to color the back of the Iridescent Snowflakes.
Theresa’s Treasures Monthly Zoom Card Making Class

I am delighted to be participating in Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlight Gallery with Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world today! The theme for the Gallery is “Thank You”. We often forget those simple words – Thank you. It is so important to show your appreciation to the people in your lives who have inspired you, helped you, and supported you by sending them a thank you card.
This cute little gnome really makes this fall thank you card fun. The background is from the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper (DSP). The gnome hat is made with the Celebrate Everything DSP. The leaves and oval are from the Framed Florets Dies which is part of the Fitting Florets Collection that just came out.
Crushed Curry card stock (cs) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches.
Crushed Curry cs: 4 x 5 1/4 inches for the leaves and the gnomes feet
Basic White cs: 4 x 5 1/4 inches for the inside and 2 1/2 x 6 inches for the sentiment and the gnomes beard.
Cajun Craze cs: 4 x 5 1/4 inches for the oval
Petal Pink cs: 1 x 1 inch for the gnomes nose
Rustic Harvest DSP: 4 x 5 1/4 inches
Celebrate Everything DSP: 2 x 3 inches for the gnomes hat
See a photographic supply list at the end of the blog.
Use the leaf stamps in the Framed Florets stamp set along with Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry Ink. Stamp along the left and bottom borders of the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Basic White cs. Adhere this piece to the inside panel of the the Crushed Curry cs card base.
Stamp the Thank You sentiment in Cajun Craze Ink onto the end of the 2 1/2 x 6 inch Basic White cs. Use the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch to punch the sentiment out. Note: the thank you sentiment I used is from the Cup Of Tea stamp set.
3. Die cut the large frame in the Framed Florets Dies from the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Cajun Craze cs. We will only be using the oval. You may save the beautiful frame for another card or project. Also die cut the leaves and the parts of the gnome.
4. First adhere the Rustic Harvest DSP to the front panel of the Crushed Curry cs card base. Adhere the Cajun Craze cs oval in the center. Follow up by adding the Crushed Curry cs leaf sprigs as shown.

The new Fitting Florets Collection is so versatile! Today I will be putting together a fall birthday card. Check out my previous blog, which is a Blog Hop, to see more cards made with the Fitting Florets Collection.
I just love these beautiful fall colors- Merry Merlot, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze. The pretty butterfly and chrysanthemum paper is the Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper (DSP) in the 2022 Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. Let me show you how to make your own card.
Merry Merlot cardstock (cs) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches.
Use the Framed Florets Dies to create the butterfly piece by cutting as shown below from the Rustic Harvest DSP.
2. Cut a frame from Merry Merlot cs. Stamp the sentiment in Merry Merlot Ink onto 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch Basic White cs. Use the 3rd up from the smallest stitched circle in the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut out the sentiment.
3. Cut out the leaves as shown above from the Crushed Curry, Mossy Meadow and Cajun Craze cs.
4. Stamp the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Basic White cs as shown below. Adhere this to the inside of the Merry Merlot cs card base.
5. Run the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Crushed Curry cs through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere this piece to the front of the Merry Merlot cs card base.
5. Adhere the butterfly piece to the center of the card front. Then adhere the Merry Merlot cs frame around the butterfly piece. Next adhere the two Mossy Meadow leaf sprigs as shown.
6. Finish up by adhering the remaining leaves. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment. Add some Gold Adhesive-Backed Swirls.
