Bruno and Kylie Bertucci’s Top 10 International Blog Highlight Winners Hop August 2021- Gorgeous Leaves Thank You

I am so honored and excited to be participating in today’s Top 10 Winners Hop for Bruno and Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlights! I thank everyone who voted for my card in that hop. I combined a lot of elements to make this Gorgeous Leaves Thank You card. Saying “Thank you” is so important! You can never have enough Thank You cards. I am so excited to see everyone else’s projects too!

I primarily used the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set and Intricate Leaves Dies. Additional stamp sets used for this card included: Very Versailles (the background script) and Pansy Patch (Thank You sentiment). The label for the sentiment is from the Harvest Dies.

I took full advantage on the many fall colors Stampin’ Up!® has. The colors I used for this card are: Bumblebee, Soft Suede, Early Espresso, Cinnamon Cider, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive.

Although they are difficult to see in this photo, the Genial Gems add a little sparkle to the Gorgeous Leaves Thank You card.

Thank You Card for Bruno and Kylie Bertucci’s Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop- August 2021 with Daisy Garden by Stampin’ Up!®

Thank you for joining me today for our Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator Training Program Monthly Blog Hop! I am so excited to show you a Thank You card made with product from the 2021-2022 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog! Be sure to visit all the blogs and see all the different Thank You cards from around the world! I know you will get lots of ideas and creative inspiration!

The theme for the cards today is: Thank You. I am grateful to have customers who support me and I send them a Thank You card every once in awhile. The following set of cards is for my fabulous customers who ordered during the summer.

I really enjoyed making this card using Embossing and the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers.

Embossing

I chose the Evening Evergreen Card Stock as my background because I wanted a nice contrast. The first step is to stamp the Daisy Garden stamp onto the Evening Evergreen CS with Versamark ink and use the White Emboss Powder. Be sure to let the powder cool after using the Heat Tool. You don’t want the melted Emboss Powder to smear when you try to color the daisies. I ended up just coloring the flowers. When I colored the stems, it did not really show up well.

Coloring

This is a close up of my coloring. I applied the Light Polished Pink Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Markers to the entire flower. Then I used the Dark Polished Pink around the center of the flowers. I used the Light Polished Pink again to blend the colors together.

I experimented with several different colors for these daisies.

The sentiment is from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set.

Voila! You have a fairly quick and simple Thank You card.

Thanks for stopping by Theresa’s Treasures. Look through the list below to see who is next in line for the Blog Hop.

The Paper Players Color Challenge PP553

Today’s blog is a card I created for The Paper Players Color Challenge PP553 using Real Red, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight. All very festive Holiday colors in my mind!

I choose to use the Happy Holly-Days stamp set from the 2021 Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog which is currently available for you to order from. You may order from my Online Store here.

The background of the Very Vanilla Card Stock (CS) is embossed with the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder. The background right behind the bird is stamped with the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set onto a Very Vanilla CS oval. The oval dies are from my stash. I distressed the edges of the Old Olive CS oval.

I used the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers combined with the Stampin’ Write Watercolor Markers to color the images. The bird is colored in Real Red as are the berries for the holly. The yellow is Daffodil Delight and the green is Old Olive.

I hope you stop by The Paper Players to see all of the entries for this color challenge PP553. I really enjoyed the challenge!

Today I am taking part in Kylie Bertucci’s Monthly International Blog Highlights Gallery. The theme is- Thank You. On this gallery, you can see thank you cards made by people from all over the world! I hope you enjoy my card and take the time to see everyone else’s inspiring creations by visiting the gallery. You can get to the gallery by selecting the “Vote For Me” button at the end of this blog.

My goal for this card was to use all of the elements in the Harvest Meadow Suite Collection. The stamp set is Nature’s Harvest and the coordinating dies are the Harvest Dies. You can purchase these together with a 10% discount by ordering the Nature’s Harvest Bundle #156813.

The background is the Harvest Meadow 12 x 12 inch Designer Series Paper #156494 which was embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder #156505 on a Very Vanilla Card Stock (CS) card base. I used the Stitched Rectangle dies to cut the Cork 12 x 12 Specialty Paper #156393. The cork card piece behind the sentiment is the center of the rectangle frame. A Cinnamon Cider CS Stitched Rectangle is the background for the flowers. The flowers and sentiment are stamped in the Saddle Brown Stazon Ink so that I could use the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers for coloring. The colors of the Stampin’ Blends are: Light Pumpkin Pie, Dark So Saffron and Light Soft Succulent.

The finishing touches included using the 3/8 inch diamond Weave Ribbon #156507 and the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots #156506.

Thank you for visiting Theresa’s Treasures today. I would really appreciate your vote. Click on the Vote Button below to get to the International Blog Highlights Gallery and see all of the wonderful projects created from Demonstrators all over the world.
