Hello! Welcome to the Kylie & Bruno Bertucci’s Demonstrator Training Blog Hop for April 2023. I’m Theresa with Theresa’s Treasures Paper Crafts & I have a Nested Friends Thank You card today. I am so glad you are joining me! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world. We are taking part in training to help us build a successful Stampin’ Up! business. My goal is to participate in the monthly Blog Hop. This blog hop is full of ideas and creative inspiration! Be sure to visit everyone’s blog by clicking on the links at the end of my blog.

Today is a bittersweet day because my beloved trio of Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana & Pool Party are no more. Sadly Bermuda Bay is being retired. Soft Suede & Sahara Sand are also retiring. I really enjoyed making this card with my favorite colors.

Measurements

Bermuda Bay card stock (cs) card base: 4 1/4″ x 11″ with a score line at 5 1/2″
Coastal Cabana cs: 4″ x 5 1/4″ and 1/2″ x 5″
Pool Party cs: 2 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ and 1/2″ x 2″ strip for diecutting the eggs
Bermuda Bay cs: 2 3/8″ x 3 5/8″, 1 5/8″ x 4 5/8″ and 1/4″ x 5 1/4″
Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper (DSP): 1 1/2″ x 4 1/2″
Sahara Sand cs: 2″ x 3 1/2″ for diecutting the inner nest
Soft Suede cs: 2 1/4″ x 4″ for diecutting the outer nest
Basic White cs: 4″ x 5 1/4″, 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ and 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ for diecutting the birds

Stampin’ Blends: Ivory/Bronze, Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Crumb Cake
Iridescent Pastel Gems
Wink of Stella Glitter Brush

Instructions

Stamp the birds onto the 2 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ Basic White cs in Memento Black Ink. Let dry. Then color as desired with Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers. Die cut.
In Bermuda Bay Ink stamp the “thank you” sentiment onto the 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ Basic White cs. Cut a banner on the end of the right side.
Diecut the inner (Sahara Sand) & outer (Soft Suede) nests.
Tip: Use your Silicon Craft Sheet so that when you apply Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the outer nest you will not get glue everywhere (ask me how I know!) Then use tweezers to position the outer nest to the inner nest.

3. Use the Into the Clouds Embossing Folder to emboss the 4″ x 5 1/4″ Coastal Cabana cs.

4. Emboss the 2 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ Pool Party cs with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder.

5. Adhere the Into the Clouds card piece to the front of the Bermuda Bay cs card base. Then adhere the Painted Texture card piece to the
2 3/8″ x 3 5/8″ Bermuda Bay cs. Now adhere the Painted Texture card piece to the card front.

6. Adhere the Hues of Happiness DSP to the 1 5/8″ x 4 5/8″ Bermuda Bay cs. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere this piece to the card front.

7. Adhere the 2 eggs to the inside of the nest. Then adhere the nest to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensional on the right side and Liquid Glue on the left side.

8. Place the birds in the nest & adhere them.

9. Use a Stampin’ Dimensional on the right side of the sentiment and Liquid Glue on the left to adhere it to the card front.

10. Bling! Apply the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to the bird in front and to the eggs. Then add the Iridescent Pastel Gems as desired.

Inspirations in Ink March 2023- Blending Brush Technique with Lighting the Way Bundle-Inspirational Card

Today I have a super charming and inspirational card spotlighting the Blending Brush Technique using the Lighting the Way Bundle & the Small Blending Brushes.

Pumpkin Pie card stock (cs) card base: 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″ (10.4cm x 29.5cm scored at 14.7cm)
Basic Black cs: two at 4″ x 5 1/4″ (10.1cm x 14.2cm) and 2″ x 4″
(5cm x 10cm)
Basic White cs: two at 4″ x 5 1/4″ (10.1cm x 14.2cm) and 1 1/2″ x
2 1/2″ (3.8cm x 6.4cm)
Silver Foil cs: 2″ x 3 1/2″ (5cm x 9cm)
Real Red cs: 2 1/2″ x 3 1/4″ (6.3cm x 8.2cm)

Instructions

Most important tip: Getting a nice smooth blend takes practice.

Use the largest Deckled Rectangle Die to cut a rectangle from the each of the larger Basic White cs. One will be the card front & one will be the inside.
Use the scrap copy paper under the card front.
Die cut the lantern from the Real Red cs.
Lay the Real Red cs lantern on the card front so that it is about 3/4 inch (2cm) from the bottom edge & from the left edge. Make a very light pencil mark to delineate the inside “cage” around the light.

Using the Small Blending Brushes

The Small Blending Brushes make it is easier to put color in a more precise location.
Start with the So Saffron Ink Pad & a Blending Brush.
Tip: Hold the brush by the end away from the brush to help in applying a light pressure to the ink pad.
Move the brush over the So Saffron Ink Pad in a gentle circular motion to apply ink evenly to the brush.
Tip: Tap & swirl to remove extra ink. Tap the brush on a scrap paper. Make a few circles (swirl) on the scrap paper before applying the brush & ink to your project.
Apply a light layer of the So Saffron Ink inside the pencil marks. The color should be barely noticeable, soft & smooth.
Use the smallest smooth edge circle die & cut two layers of the Full Stick Sticky Note.
Apply the top Sticky Note circle to the area inside the pencil marks over the So Saffron Ink. Erase the pencil marks.
Use the same brush & the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Apply ink to the brush. Tap & swirl on the scrap copy paper first. Then apply the brush to the area around the Sticky Note in a small circles going around the perimeter of the Sticky Note.
Tip: Start light & go slow. You can add more ink, but if it is too dark you’re stuck with it.
You may need 3-4 layers of the Daffodil Delight Ink to get a dark color that blends and is smooth.
Tip: Swirl the Small Blending Brush on the copy paper in a circular motion until the ink comes off. Now use the Mango Melody Ink Pad and apply a slightly darker ring around the very edge of the Daffodil Delight layer. Start light & repeat until you like the effect.

Blending in the Night Sky

Use the Starry Sky Ink Pad and a new Small Blending Brush. Tap off ink on the copy paper after each application of ink to the brush. Darker ink colors are more challenging to get smooth.
Apply ink to the 4 corners of the card front. It will be very light at first. You will need about 8-10 layers of color to get it as dark as I did.
Tip: Leave a white ring between the Mango Melody and the Starry Sky layers.
Blend the Starry Sky layer up to the white ring using the Orchid Oasis Ink and a new Small Blending Brush. Start blending on top of the Starry Sky layer, and move in small circles with light pressure towards the Mango Melody.
Tip: Do not allow the Orchid Oasis layer to blend with the Mango Melody layer. You will get a muddy green color. (Ask me how I know!)
Finish with a new Small Blending Brush & the Night of Navy Ink Pad. Apply a little color to the corners and border of the card front.

Inside of the card

Blend some Mango Melody Ink on the lower right-hand corner of the Basic White cs Deckled Rectangle for the inside of the card.
Blend in some Starry Sky Ink from outside the corner moving toward the Mango Melody. Try not to overlap the 2 colors.
Diecut a large firefly from the Basic Black cs and the Mango Melody cs.
Adhere the pieces together with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Adhere flat to the lower right-hand corner.
Adhere the inside card piece to the Basic Black cs layer.
Adhere to the inside panel of the Pumpkin Pie cs card base.

Finishing Up

Remove the Sticky Note circle from the center of the “light”.
Stamp off in Pumpkin Pie Ink with the larger circular stamp in the Lighting the Way cling stamp set. Stamp the smaller circle with Pumpkin Pie Ink at full strength.
Adhere the Silver Foil portions of the lantern to the Real Red lantern. The Real Red cs lantern is the base. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the lantern to the card front over the light as shown.
Die cut the small fireflies from the Basic Black cs & the Mango Melody cs.
Trim the Mango Melody cs firefly and apply the abdomen to the Basic Black cs firefly.
Use Mini Black Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the small fireflies around the light.
Adhere the card front to the remaining Basic Black cs.
Now adhere the entire piece to the front panel of the Pumpkin Pie cs card base.
Stamp the sentiment onto the smaller Basic White cs in Starry Sky Ink. Use the Deckled Rectangle Dies to cut it out. You will need to do some partial die cutting to make the sentiment the correct size.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment.
Add Wink of Stella to the wings of the fireflies on the outside & inside of the card.
Add the small Rhinestone Basic Jewels like stars in the sky.

Today I have a very cute and adorable Playing in the Rain Bundle- Fun Fold Card!

Measurements

Mango Melody card stock (cs) card base: 4 1/4″ x 8″ scored as shown on the template below, and 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″.
Basic White cs: 2 3/4″ x 4″, 4″ x 5″ to stamp the 2 foxes and 3″ x 4″ to stamp & punch the sentiment.
Balmy Blue cs: two at 1 1/8″ x 4 1/8″.
Cajun Craze cs: 2″ x 4″ for the bridge.
Flirty Flamingo cs: 2″ x 2 1/2″ for the butterflies & bow on one fox’s hat.
Old Olive cs: 2″ x 3″ for the clumps of grass.
Soft Suede cs: 2″ x 2″ for the tree stump.
Rain or Shine 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper (DSP): flower pattern: 1″ x 5 1/4″: clouds 2 7/8″ x 4 1/8″ and 1 1/8″ x 4 1/8″; two pouring rain pattern at 1″ x 4″ and one pouring rain at 1 1/8″ x 4 1/8″.

Instructions

The Card Base

The template for the Mango Melody cs card base is above.
Burnish the folds with the Bone Folder.
Adhere the matching 1″ x 4″ pouring rain DSP pieces to the 1 1/8″ x 4 1/8″ Balmy Blue cs. Adhere these pieces to the outermost panels on the left and the right.
Adhere the 1 1/8″ x 4 1/8″ pouring rain DSP on the 2nd panel from the left. Adhere the cloud DSP as shown below.
Adhere the flower DSP to the Mango Melody cs strip.

All the Pieces

Stamp the two foxes in Memento Ink. Color with the Stampin’ Blends & Stampin’ Write Markers. Run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to die cut them.
Stamp the sentiment “Rainy Days are better with you” onto the end of the 3″ x 4″ Basic White cs in Memento Ink. Punch out with the Cloud Punch.
Use a Sponge Dauber & the Balmy Blue Ink to add a little color to the edge of the cloud.
Apply Wink of Stella to the cloud if desired once the sentiment ink has dried.
Die cut all of the remaining pieces: the butterflies, bow, bridge, tree stump, and 3 of the clumps of grass.

Putting the Card Base Together

Adhere the strip of Mango cs and flower DSP to the left & right side panels of pouring rain by following the photo series above.
Photo 1: Lay the card base flat on the table. Have the left side open & the right side folded. Apply adhesive to the bottom of the two pouring rain panels.
Photo 2: Place the flower panel on and wiggle into place.
Photo 3: Open up the card base.
Photo 4: Stand up view.

Finishing Up

Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the left side of the bridge in place.
Position the two foxes so that their feet are on the bridge. You may need to trim a little off.
Use the Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the fox on the top layer to the pouring rain panel.
Adhere the right side of the bridge.
Add the tree stump and clumps of grass.
Put a bow on one hat. Embellish with an Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gem.
Adhere the butterflies. Embellish with the gems.

Instructions

Use the Stylish Shapes stitched square Die to cut a 2 3/4″ square from the 3 1/4″ square of Basic White cs.
Stamp the turtle in Memento ink. Stamp the group of daisies next to the turtle.
Use the Balmy Blue Ink and the “Thank You” sentiment from the Pansy Patch stamp set. Stamp “Thank You” in the upper left-hand corner.
Stamp the clouds around the turtle in Balmy Blue Ink.
Color the center of the daisies with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend. The petals are colored with the Mango Melody Stampin’ Write Marker.
Color the turtle with the Granny Apple Green and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. Use the Crumb Cake Blend to add a bit of ground under the turtle.
Color the Brass Butterflies with the Pumpkin Pie Blend.
Emboss the Balmy Blue cs with the Into the Clouds Embossing Folder.
Wrap a 6 1/2″ length of the Balmy Blue & White Ribbon around the embossed Balmy Blue cs.
Tie a bow with the Balmy Blue & White Ribbon and set aside.
Adhere the Balmy Blue cs to the front panel of the Basic White cs card base.
Now adhere the flower pattern of the Rain or Shine DSP to the left side of the card front.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the stamped Basic White cs stitched square slight to the right of center.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the bow to the right side.
Add the Pumpkin Pie colored Brushed Brass Butterflies as desired.

Hello, thank you for visiting Theresa’s Treasures. I am Theresa, an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Arizona, USA. I am super excited to be participating in Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlight Gallery with my Beside Me Thank You Card, along with Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world! The theme for this Gallery is “Thank You”.

We often forget those simple words “Thank you”. However, it is super important to show appreciation to the people in your life who have helped you, supported you or inspired you. One way to express gratitude is to send a handmade thank you card. Discover the joy in making and sending a handmade card!

The Beside Me Thank You Card showcases the Beside Me stamp set, the Blending Brushes and Small Blending Brushes, and the Deckled Rectangle Dies. The coloring is done with the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers. There is also a unique use of a stamp from the FREE Thanks a Bunch stamp set you can earn during Sale-a-bration!

Tahitian Tide card stock (cs): 4 1/4 x 11 inches scored at
5 1/2 inches
Basic White cs: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches, 4 x 5 1/4 inches 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches and 2 x 2 1/2 inches(sentiment)

Supplies

Beside Me Stamp Set
Deckled Rectangle Dies
Layering Circles Dies
Ink: Mango Melody, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, Tahitian Tide, Basic Grey and Memento Black.
Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers: Fresh Freesia, Tahitian Tide, Granny Apple Green, Night of Navy, Daffodil Delight, Medium Combo (400& 500), Medium Light (700) and Bronze.

Instructions

Top Layer

Lay the 3rd from the largest Deckled Rectangle in the center of the 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inch Basic White cs. Use a pencil to lightly trace the inside of the bottom. Note: This will help with stamp placement.
Use the Stamparatus to position the stamp with the image of the man and children fishing. Stamp in Memento Ink. Also stamp an image onto a piece of full-stick sticky note paper.

Place the Deckled Rectangle Die back on the Basic White cs using the traced pencil line on the inside of the die as a guide.
Partially cut the Deckled Rectangle leaving the area with the pencil mark uncut. This is called a Partial Die Cut. Position the top clear plate at the border of the area to cut. Then run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. The die that is not under the clear plate will not cut.

Fussy cut the top of the image of the man & children on the Basic White cs and the sticky note paper. Cut off the fishing poles. These will be drawn in later. Place the sticky paper over the image.
Use a repositionable tape runner to adhere the 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 inch Basic White cs to the back of the die cut card piece. This will be the background piece.

Blending

Now for the fun part! Use the Blending Brushes and Small Blending Brushes to create the sunrise on the water.
Start by die cutting a 1 inch circle from the full-stick sticky note paper.
Use sticky note tape to create the horizon.
Use a Small Blending Brush to lightly apply some Mango Melody Ink to the area where you want the sun to rise. Then cover with the 1 inch sticky circle.
Start with the Mango Melody Ink and blend in a darker halo around the “sun”.
Then use the Small Blending Brushes to blend in Pool Party Ink followed by Coastal Cabana Ink. Use the larger Blending Brush to apply the Tahitian Tide Ink. Note: If you want the color to be as dark as my card, be patient. It takes awhile.
Remove the sticky note circle and horizon sticky note tape.

Move the “horizon” so that you can create the water. Tip: Place the sticky note tape for the horizon with a millimeter or two of the horizon showing underneath. This avoids having a white line between the sky and the water.
Apply a light layer of Mango Melody Ink under the “sun”. You may also leave a small amount of the space white.
Repeat the blending of the inks as you did for the sky. Using the small Blending Brushes, with Pool Party Ink and then Coastal Cabana Ink. Add in Bermuda Bay Ink. Use the larger Blending Brush to apply the Tahitian Tide Ink. Remove the sticky note tape.

Remove the sticky note paper from the image. Separate the background piece from the front.
Use the Blending Brushes and the inks to color in the white space on the background piece. This doesn’t have to be perfect. Color in just enough so that there is not a bright white space.

Stampin’ Blends

Use the Stampin’ Blends to color the man & children as desired. Colors used on this card are listed in the Supply List above and the Clickable Supply List below.

Use a small stamp from the FREE Thanks a Bunch stamp set to create gentle waves on the water. Waves are added to both the background and the edges of the front panel. Try the Pool Party Ink first. If you want the waves to be darker, use the Coastal Cabana Ink. Tip: less is more!
Adhere the background piece to the front of the Tahitian Tide cs card base.

Stamp the image of the flying birds in Basic Grey Ink. Note: I forgot to stamp the birds until after I had put the card together, lol!
Draw in the fishing poles using the Stampin’ Write Basic Black Marker.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the top layer to the card front. Take care to line up the edges and the outline of the people.

Sentiment

Create the sentiment by using the 3rd from the smallest Deckled Rectangle Die. By placing the die near the words, you can make a small deckled rectangle to fit just right.

Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment.

Relaxing with Paradise Palms for the Ink and Inspiration Blog Hop-January 2023

Hello fellow stampers! You are visiting with Theresa McEntee-author of Theresa’s Treasures Paper Crafts. I am hopping with the Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop today. There are several of us- you will find the list to follow the hop at the end of my blog post.

The Ink & Inspiration Challenge is both an image and a color challenge. I was inspired by the feeling of warmth and peace in the image. I could picture myself relaxing on the beach with the waves rolling in. The colors were also very inspirational and add to the feeling of peace and warmth.

I had the idea of using the Window Sheets to stamp some palms on in black to be in the shade. This created a feeling of depth to my card. I had never used the Window Sheets in this way. It was very fun to create something different! The images are from the Paradise Palms stamp set.

Here is how the card looks with the Window Sheet layer opened up. Several colors were used to create the scene. These included Tahitian Tide, Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, Old Olive, Crumb Cake and Mango Melody. The colors were applied with the Blending Brushes.

Today I have a Super Fun Seaside Bay Emboss Resist Thank You Card!

Welcome and thanks for visiting Theresa’s Treasures Paper Crafts! I am Theresa and I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Arizona, USA. Today is the monthly Inspirations in Ink Blog Hop! Measurements

Balmy Blue card stock (cs) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches scored and folded at 4 1/4 inches
Textured 12×12 inch Shimmer Paper, Shaded Spruce: 4 x 5 1/4 inches (algae die cuts are from the center of this piece)
Fluid 100 5×7 inch Watercolor Paper: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches
Crumb Cake cs: 1 1/2 x 4 inches for the seashell die cuts
Basic White cs: 4 x 5 1/4 inches (inside of card)

Supplies

Seaside Bay Bundle (stamp & dies)
Ink: Night of Navy, Shaded Spruce, Balmy Blue & Coastal Cabana
Versamark
Stampin’ Emboss Powder, Basics, White
Heat Tool
Water Painters, large pointed tip
Stampin’ Spritzer
Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls
Wink of Stella Glitter Brush
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

Instructions

Step 1- Emboss the Watercolor Paper

Using the Versamark Ink stamp the images onto the Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.
Stamp two images, then cover them with the White Emboss Powder. Shake off the excess.
Use the Heat Tool to set.
Stamp two more images and repeat.
That way you can see where you stamped to avoid stamping on top of another image.

Step 2- Emboss Resist Technique

Prepare several layers of paper towels to work on.
Squeeze each of the colored ink pads to get ink on the inside of the lid. Open & set up in a line above the paper towels.
Use the Stampin’ Spritzer to spray water on the embossed Watercolor Paper. The water beads up on the paper.
Use the Water Painter to pick up ink from the lid.
Brush the ink onto the moist Watercolor Paper one color at a time.
TIP: In between colors, squeeze water from the Water Brush onto a paper towel until it runs clear.
Dry overnight. Or use the Heat Tool to speed up the drying process.

Step 3- Assembling the Card

Use the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Seaside Bay Dies to cut one large & one small algae from the center of the Shaded Spruce Textured Shimmer Paper. C
Cut 2 small & one large seashell from the Crumb Cake cs.
Adhere the Basic White cs to the inside of the Balmy Blue cs card base.
Adhere the Shaded Spruce Textured Shimmer Paper to the card front.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the embossed & watercolored card piece to the card front.
Adhere the large algae diecut to the bottom left corner of the card front. Adhere the small algae.
Adhere the seashells

Step 4- Bling!

First add some Wink of Stella to the seashells.
Then add some of the Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls.

We are a group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world. We are taking part in training to help us build a successful Stampin’ Up! business. Today’s card will be my customer Thank You card for anyone ordering from my Online Store in January. This blog hop is also full of ideas and creative inspiration! This Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card is made using the awesome Fancy Flora 6 x 6 inch Designer Series Paper. The “Thank You” sentiment is part of a must-have sentiment set– Something Fancy. The Something Fancy stamp set has sentiments for a variety of common card themes!

The beauty of the Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card is that you can use a variety of the Stampin’ Up! colors. TIP: The coordinating colors are always listed on the back of the package of Designer Series Paper. The colors for the Fancy Flora DSP that I chose are: Balmy Blue, Night of Navy, Orchid Oasis, Fresh Freesia & Calypso Coral.

This version of my Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card is done with Orchid Oasis cs.

Instructions

Stamp the “Thank You” sentiment in Orchid Oasis Ink onto the
2 x 2 inch Basic White cs.
Use the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the second to the smallest stitched square die in the Stylish Shapes Dies to die cut the sentiment.
Adhere the Fancy Flora DSP to the Orchid Oasis cs. Then adhere the panel to the front of the Basic White cs card base.
Use glue to adhere the 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inch Orchid Oasis cs square to the sentiment at a slight angle. Then use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the card front.

Now for some Bling! The Iridescent Pastel Gems come in 3 colors-Balmy Blue, Calypso Coral and Gold. I used 3 of the Balmy Blue gems around the sentiment to add a little sparkle!

Voila!

Use a variety of the designs in the Fancy Flora DSP along with different colors of card stock to create your own set of the Quick & Easy Something Fancy Thank You Card!

You can choose how you would like to color these cute owls. I used the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers in Daffodil Delight, Balmy Blue, Granny Apple Green, Calypso Coral, Fresh Freesia and Ivory/Bronze. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Black Ink.

I am so excited to be participating in Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlight Gallery with my Two-Tone & Something Fancy Thank You card, along with Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world! The theme for this Gallery is “Thank You”.

We often forget those simple words – “Thank you”. However, it really is important to show your appreciation to the people in your life who have helped you or inspired you in some way. And don’t forget those who have supported you. Be sure to send a handmade thank you card to express your appreciation often. Spread joy! We really need more joy in the world today!

This thank you card spotlights the Two-Tone Flora stamp set, Two-Tone Flora Dies, Something Fancy stamp set & Something Fancy Dies, The Embossing Folder is the new Cane Weave 3D. The cool geometric paper is the Dandy Designs 12 x 12 inch Designer Series Paper (DSP), FREE during Sale-a-bration with a qualifying order. The current Host Code is MBR2U6TN.

Basic White cs: 2 x 2 inches (to stamp & die cut the sentiment),
3 x 3 inches (to die-cut the stitched circle) and enough scrap to stamp all of the images on

Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Write Marker
Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Marker
Cardstock: Basic White, Petal Pink & Calypso Coral
Dandy Designs DSP
White 1/4 inch Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon
Adhesive-backed Milky Dots
Adhesives: Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin Dimensionals & Mini Glue Dots

Instructions

I recommend using the Stamparatus for Two-Step Stamping. I find it is much easier to line up the second stamp. Each flower is a Two-Step Stamp. Stamp the larger part of the flower in Petal Pink Ink first. Then stamp the detailed stamp in Calypso Coral. The small bunch of flowers is stamped in Fresh Freesia Ink first. Then stamped in Blackberry Bliss Ink. Use the Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Write Marker to draw the center of each of the Petal Pink flowers.
Next, stamp the “Thank You” sentiment in Blackberry Bliss Ink. Die cut the sentiment using the Something Fancy Dies.
Use the Stylish Shapes Dies to die cut the 2 1/2 inch stitched circle and the banner.
Use the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to emboss the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Calypso Coral cs with the Cane Weave Embossing Folder
Adhere the Cane Weave card piece to the front of the Basic White cs card base.
Adhere the Dandy Designs DSP to the 2 1/4 x 5 1/8 inch Petal Pink cs. Then adhere this to the left side of the card front.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment.
Adhere the Petal Pink cs banner. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the Basic White cs stitched circle.
Place the flowers as desired. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals on some flowers. Add the leaves.
Color the White Seam Binding Ribbon with the Dark Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Marker. Tie into a bow. Adhere to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot.

Bling! Use the Adhesive-Backed Milky Dots in Petal Pink to add Bling! to the card front.

Voila!

Experiment with different colors to see which one you like best!
