Easy Stampin’ Up! Enjoy the Moment Birthday Card with Simple Stamping

Today’s card is an Easy Stampin’ Up! Enjoy the Moment Birthday card made with the Dandy Garden 6 x 6 inch Designer Series Paper (DSP). Just a reminder that Sale-a-bration is only until February 28, 2021- so be sure to place your qualifying order to get FREE product before then.

I really love the simplicity of the Enjoy the Moment images. These images remind me of when I took Botany as an undergraduate and had to make sketches of all the Botanical specimens.

Here is a photo of this beautiful stamp set. Can you name any of the plant seed pods pictured? Leave a comment below if you can. I will be telling you the answer for one of them.

Measurements

Measurements: Very Vanilla Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches; Early Espresso CS: 2 1/4 x 5 inches, 2 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches and 3/4 x 2 1/4 inches; Dandy Garden 6 x 6 inch DSP: 2 x 4 3/4 inches; and Very Vanilla CS: 2 x 4 inches and 5/8 x 2 1/8 inches.

Stamping

The first step is to stamp the poppy seed pods in Early Espresso ink onto the 2 x 4 inch Very Vanilla CS. Tip: The darker colors of ink, including the Early Espresso ink, seem to dry more slowly. Because of this, avoid brushing your hand over the image until it is completely dry, so you do not smear it.

Next stamp the “Happy Birthday” sentiment onto the 5/8 x 2 1/8 inch Very Vanilla CS.

Putting It All Together

To start assembling the card pieces, adhere the poppy seed pods onto the 2 1/4 x 4 1/4 inch Early Espresso CS. Tip: Since the ink does dry more slowly, I turn the card piece over to rub it. This will allow the adhesive to adhere evenly.

The next step is to adhere the “Happy Birthday” to the 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch Early Espresso CS.

Lastly, adhere the 2 x 4 3/4 inch Dandy Garden DSP to the 2 1/4 x 5 inch Early Espresso CS. Fold the 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch Very Vanilla CS card base at the 4 1/4 inch score line with the Bone Folder. Adhere the card piece to the front on the right hand side.

Now you can adhere the poppy seed pod card piece to the card front on the left hand side.

To complete the card use the Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the “Happy Birthday” sentiment to the card front.

Viola! That was one quick and easy card!

The Thank You Cards

I made a whole set of Thank You cards using an Embossing Folder (EF) to emboss the first layer. For the second layer I cut the Flowers & Field Designer Series Paper (DSP) which you can get for FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-a-bration (January 5 – February 28, 2021) and adhered it to the first layer. The sentiment is made using the “I can’t Thank You enough” from So Sentimental and the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The first layer of this card is made with the Meadow Moments EF and Cherry Cobbler Card Stock CS).

The measurements for the embossed layer are 4 x 5 1/4 inches. The second layer which is the Flower & Field DSP is 3 x 4 inches. The sentiment piece is adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. This card has the non-floral side of the DSP showing. The Flirty Flamingo CS layer is embossed with the Absolutely Argyle EF.

For this card I used the Seabed 3D EF on Just Jade CS.

All Together!

I have a whole bunch of different combinations of DSP and CS colors!

Happy Thoughts and Simple Stamping

Welcome to my blog with Happy Thoughts and Simple Stamping. I will be using the Stampin’ Up! Happy Thoughts stamp set and the Well Suited Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the 2021 January-June Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. This card is very simple and quick to make.

This card is a very masculine card which looks very nice and is super easy to put together. You could change the sentiment to be anything you want.

The Happy Thoughts stamp set is a great set for a beginner. Not only do you have several main categories of cards, but you also have a sentiment for the inside of the card.

The Well Suited DSP is so awesome for masculine cards! I really struggle with masculine cards. However, a great package of masculine Designer Series Paper can make all the difference. You can purchase this great DSP HERE.

Measurements

Measurements: Basic White Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches; Night Of Navy CS: 4 x 5 1/4 inches; Basic White CS: 2 1/4 x 4 inches; Well Suited DSP Striped Pattern: 1 3/8 x 2 1/4 inches and 2 1/4 x 2 5/8 inches; Well Suited DSP Diamond Pattern: 1 3/8 x 2 5/8 inches and 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches.

Stamping

There is minimal stamping for this card. You just need a sentiment that will fit inside the 2 inch circle punch. I started with the “Thinking of You” sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set. I stamped the sentiment with Memento ink onto the 2 1/4 x 4 inch Basic White CS. Note: If you are new to stamping, please look back at my blog for applying the labels to the Cling stamps HERE.

Use the 2 inch Circle Punch to punch the sentiment out. Tip: I find it to be easy to punch when the punch is lying on the table and I use the heel of my hand to push down firmly and quickly.

Putting It All Together

The next step is to lay out the pieces so you can have an idea of where you want to adhere them. There is about a 1/8 inch border around all of the pieces.

Now we can adhere the pieces. I started with the upper left-hand corner followed by the upper right-hand corner. I finished up with the lower left-hand corner. Note: I have found the best adhesive to be the Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue because it allows you a little time to wiggle the piece in place before it really sticks.

Next use the Bone Folder on the Basic White CS card base at the 4 1/4 inch score line to make a crisp fold. Then adhere the front panel to the front of the Basic White CS card base.

Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the card front.

This step is optional. I felt the card was a little plain, so I used the Well Suited Twine Combo Pack to make a double stranded bow to place right under the sentiment. Note: I have a video to help with making a bow that you can watch HERE.

Viola! You have made a quick and easy masculine card that is good for any occasion just by changing the sentiment!

Thanks for visiting today. I hope you enjoyed how easy this card is. On Wacky Wednesday I will be showing some more Techniques for using the Gilded Leafing Embellishment so I hope you will be able to join me.

Stampin’ Up!® Simple Stamping with Moving Along

Hello! I hope you all had a great weekend. Today I have a fun simple stamping card. The Moving Along stamp set by Stampin’ Up! is great for simple stamping. You can create a fun scene with all the little stamps in this set.

There are 24 stamps in this set! Each of the vehicles is a Two-Step Stamp. I recently made a going away card for someone with this set. The card for today is more of a congratulations and happy travels card.

This card is made with several ink colors that are good for a beginner stamper to have on hand. The primary colors are: Pacific Point (blue), Poppy Parade (red) and Daffodil Delight (yellow). I also used Smoky Slate (grey) and Memento black ink.

Measurements

Measurements: Basic White Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches; Poppy Parade CS: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches; and Basic White CS: 4 x 5 1/4 inches.

Stamping

First I used the Smoky Slate ink to stamp the road on the bottom of the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Basic White CS.

Next switch to the Memento Black ink and stamp the outline for the little car and then the railroad tracks. My tracks are not quite straight so I guess the train ride will be a little bumpy!

Continuing with the Memento black ink, stamp the outline of the train, the caboose and the helicopter. Things are starting to look busy!

Finishing up with the Memento black ink, stamp the banner behind the vehicles. On hindsight, the train could be moved a little to the right so that the banner fits better.

To complete the card we just need to fill in the color which is the second step of the Two Step Stamping. I stamped the train in Smoky Slate, the car in Daffodil Delight, the caboose in Poppy Parade and the helicopter in Pacific Point ink. The blades on the helicopter are stamped in Smoky Slate ink. Now we can add the sentiments. I wanted it to be colorful so I just stamped the sentiments in the coordinating color of the vehicle. You can also add some birds with the Smoky Slate ink. Tip: I put both of the bird stamps on one block and stamped them together.

In order to finish the scene, add some clouds in Pacific Point ink. Tip: To make some clouds look farther away I used the Stamping Off Technique. Stamp the image once, then without adding more ink, stamp a second time.

Putting It All Together

Now we are ready to put it all together. First, adhere the stamped Basic White CS to the 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inch Poppy Parade CS. There will be a very thin line of color showing around the stamped card piece. Use your Bone Folder to make a crisp fold at the 4 1/4 inch score line on the Basic White CS card base. Adhere the stamped card piece to the front of the Basic White CS card base.

Viola! You have a great card to wish someone a congratulations and happy travels.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in Arizona, USA and I sell all of the products I use on my cards. Right now is Sale-a-bration! Stampin’ Up!® Meant To Be Fun Fold Friday

This Stampin’ Up!® Meant To Be Fun Fold Friday card is fun to make and to receive. This unique card is a great one to give as a Valentine to your sweetheart, or even to your Mom, best friend or sister!

Measurements

This card is super fun and uses some of the shiny new Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Measurements: Very Vanilla Card Stock (CS) card base: 4 1/2 x 8 inches with a score line at 3 3/4 inches (score line is not in the center); Rococo Rose CS: 3 1/2 x 7 inches with a score line at 3 1/2 inches; Very Vanilla CS: 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 inches; Love You Always Specialty DSP: 3 1/2 x 4 inches and 4 x 4 inches.

Starting off

I would like to point out that the card base is not scored in the middle. There should be a 1/2 inch difference. Use your Bone Folder to make a nice crisp fold.

The next step is to adhere the Love You Always Specialty DSP. The inside piece is the 4 x 4 inch piece and the outside is the 3 1/2 x 4 inch piece.

Now we will make the Fun Fold piece by using the scalloped heart punch from the Heart Punch Pack to punch a heart out of the right-hand side of the Rococo Rose CS. Save the punched out heart for a later step. Tip: Be sure to push the Rococo Rose CS all the way into the punch to be able to punch the heart out in the position shown.

Stamping

Usually I do the stamping first, but in this case we needed to wait until the heart was punched out. Now it’s time to stamp! In order to coordinate the colors, but also make the ink dark enough, I chose the Merry Merlot ink to stamp the sentiment “Happy Valentine’s Day”.

Putting It All Together

In order to put this card together, you will first fold the Rococo Rose CS card piece on the score line with the open ends on the left; i.e., backwards. Next, center the Rococo Rose on the inside panel of the Very Vanilla CS card base. Close the front of the card to check to see that the card can close completely before adhering the Rococo Rose CS card piece. Adhere the Rococo Rose piece in place.

In preparation of completing the inside of the card, adhere the 2 3/4 inch square Very Vanilla CS to the center of the inside of the Rococo Rose card piece.

Now to complete the inside of the card, position the punched out heart with the Rococo Rose portion of the card closed. Adhere the heart in place. Open the front of the Rococo Rose card piece to ensure it does not get adhered.

Bling!

It is time to add some Bling! The Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels go really well with the shiny foil in the Love You Always Specialty DSP and the Rococo Rose CS. Tip: The Take Your Pick tool is great for transferring the rhinestones to your card. If you haven’t ordered one yet, click HERE.

Viola! You have a super cool Valentine’s Day Fun Fold to send off to someone special.

Stampin’ Up!® Soar Confidently

Hello fellow crafters! I hope you are all doing well this week. Today’s card is made with Stampin’ Up!® Soar Confidently. This is a set that looks very vintage to me. Today’s card is a Simple Stamping card, perfect for the beginner stamper!

I love the simplicity of this card. This is definitely a very quick and simple card to make. I think this card with the words of encouragement would make a great Graduation wish.

Measurements

Measurements: Night Of Navy Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 with a score line at 4 1/4 inches; Whisper White CS: 2 1/4 x 4 3/4 inches and 4 x 5 1/4 inches (not pictured); Neutrals 6 x 6 inch Designer Series Paper (DSP) in Night Of Navy: 4 x 5 1/4 inches.

Stamping

Start stamping with Night Of Navy ink and stamp the sentiment “Soar Confidently In Your Own Sky” onto the bottom of the 2 1/4 x 4 3/4 inch Whisper White CS. Next stamp the hot air balloon image above the sentiment. Note: This is a red rubber stamp which can be stamped upon a firm surface. I have a scrap paper underneath in preparation of the next step. The black paper is just to allow you to see the card piece better.

The next step is to add a few more balloons, but to use the Stamping Off Technique. This means that after applying ink to the stamp, you first stamp onto a scrap paper, then onto the card piece. This is a great way to add dimension to the images on your card.

To conclude the stamping, stamp a hot air balloon on the right-hand side of the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Whisper White CS. Finish up using the Stamping Off Technique for the next 2 balloon images. This will be the inside panel of your card.

Putting the Card Together

Use your Bone Folder in order to make a crisp fold on the Night Of Navy CS card base. Begin to put the card together by adhering the inside panel onto the inside of the Night Of Navy card base.

Similarly, adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Night Of Navy 6 x 6 inch Designer Series Paper to the front of the card base.

Complete the card by first adding Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment card piece. Finish by adhering the sentiment card piece to the card front slightly to the left-hand side.

Viola! You have made a quick and simple card that would be a great masculine Graduation card or just a card with words of encouragement. Also, you could use the image and stamp a different sentiment to make a nice masculine birthday card or thank you card if you wish.

Thank you for stopping by today. I have a new plan for the New Year. On Tuesdays I will be publishing a #simplestamping post, starting a Technique blog for a Wacky Wednesday post, and will continue the Fun Fold Friday posts. I hope you will enjoy all of them!

Art Gallery Calendar Fun Fold

Hello and Happy New Year! The Art Gallery Calendar Fun Fold is easy to make with the new Art Gallery stamp set by Stampin’ Up®. The new 2021 January-June Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog is live! If you need a catalog, please see how to request one at the end of this blog.

The Art Gallery Calendar Fun Fold is very simple but does require a little bit of Masking Technique. The little calendar is a tear-off sticky note style and is from Vippies. I have ordered calendars from them for many years.

Measurements

Measurements: Basic White Card Stock (CS): 4 1/4 x 7 1/2 inches scored at 1/2, 3 1/2, 6 1/2 and 7 inches, and 2 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches; Mango Melody CS: 2 3/4 x 5 inches; and Brights Designer Series Paper (DSP) in Poppy Parade: 2 3/4 x 4 inches*. (*more on how to get this DSP under the Joining Special that follows this blog). Note: Whisper White has been replaced by Basic White CS.

Two-Step Stamping

The first step is to apply 2 different colors of ink to the bunch of flowers in the Art Gallery stamp set. By using the corner of the ink pad you can apply the Mango Melody ink just to the flowers.

Switch the ink to Old Olive and again use the corner of the ink pad to apply the Old Olive ink just to the stems and leaf.

Use your breath to “Huff” onto the stamp and moisten the ink a little before stamping onto the bottom of the 2 1/2 x 4 3/4 inch Whisper White CS.

Return to the Mango Melody ink and stamp the large flower onto the top of the Basic White CS card piece.

The Art Gallery flowers are Two-Step stamps. In this way you can easily add dimension to your flower. Use the Poppy Parade ink on the second layer of the large flower, line up the edges and Viola! you have a more interesting flower!

Similarly, use the second layer for the smaller flowers to apply the Poppy Parade ink over the Mango Melody flowers. The second layer of the smaller flowers does not really line up with the edges as well as the second layer of the larger flower, but it still seems to work well.

In order to make the larger flower even more dimensional, I used the second layer for the small flower inked with Merry Merlot ink and stamped it in the center of the large flower.

Masking

Still using the Merry Merlot ink, ink up the bunch of flowers and stamp onto a full sticky note. Fussy cut the flowers as shown. It works best if you cut on the inside edge of the inked image so that you do not get a white halo when you stamp over it.

Now apply the full sticky note paper over the stamped image of the bunch of flowers. Apply Old Olive ink to the stem and leaves stamp and stamp as shown. Be sure to apply firm pressure and hold the stamp in place for about 10 seconds to allow the ink to transfer completely.

Viola! The flowers just look beautiful!

Putting It Together

Start putting the whole project together by adhering the stamped flower card piece to the 2 3/4 x 5 inch Mango Melody CS.

Lay the Basic White CS base on the table with the single score on top and the double score lines on the bottom. Apply Tear & Tape or some other strong adhesive to the 1/2 inch on top. Next adhere the 2 3/4 x 4 inch Brights DSP to the space between the center score line and the top score line at the bottom.

Now flip the stamped card piece over and place over the DSP so you will know where to place the adhesive. Flip the card piece back and adhere to left side of the front.

To finish the front, adhere the sticky note calendar in place.

Folding the Fun Fold Calendar

To complete the Art Gallery Fun Fold Calendar you will need to fold it in half and flip it over so that the flap with the Tear & Tape adhesive is on top.

Peel the strip off of the Tear & Tape and fold the top of the layer underneath down to adhere it.

You will then need to fold the center fold inward to create the stand for the desk calendar.

Viola! You have a beautiful little Art Gallery Calendar!

Thanks so much for coming by today! I really enjoyed making this calendar, so much so, that I made about 2 dozen! I gave them away with the new 2021 January-June Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. Art Gallery Simple Stamping Birthday Card

Today is the day the new 2021 January-June Stampin’ Up! catalog goes live! The Art Gallery stamp set is great for this simple stamping Birthday card. The set is a two-step stamp which allows you to add dimension to your stamped image.

This beautiful simple stamping Birthday card is made with Merry Merlot and Flirty Flamingo ink. The Art Gallery stamp set has a variety of sentiments including: thank you, congratulations, good luck, sorry, best wishes, I miss you, and I’m thinking of you. This is a great stamp set for a beginner stamper since there are lovely images and a variety of sentiments.

Measurements

Measurements: Whisper White Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches; Merry Merlot CS: 4 x 5 1/4 inches and Whisper White CS: 3 3/4 x 5 inches.

Stamping

Begin with the Merry Merlot ink and stamp the sentiment “Happy Birthday” as shown onto the 3 3/4 x 5 inch Whisper White CS. Switch to the Flirty Flamingo ink and stamp the large flower with less detail to the left of the sentiment.

Continuing with the Flirty Flamingo ink, apply ink carefully to the flowers on the bunch of flowers stamp. Try not to get ink on the stem and leaf.

Now carefully apply Old Olive ink to the leaf and then the stem.

Huff onto the stamp to moisten the ink and stamp the image on the right side of the Whisper White CS card piece.

Going back to the Flirty Flamingo ink, apply ink to the flowers. Stamp off the edge of the card piece to fill in the space between the first 2 flower stamps. Leave space under the larger flower for the stem and leaf.

Apply more Flirty Flamingo ink to the bunch of flowers and stamp off the edge above the initial bunch of flowers.

Returning to the Old Olive ink, stamp the leaves and stem under the larger flower.

Here is how the card piece looks at this point. Now we will add some dimension and interest.

Two-Step Stamping

Bringing in the Merry Merlot ink, apply ink to the more detailed large flower. Stamp off before stamping onto the card piece. The image is meant to be a little off but there are some landmarks that match up. It doesn’t need to be precise as it is supposed to show a watercolor effect.

Sticking with the Merry Merlot ink, apply ink to the smaller detailed flower and stamp once in the center of the large flower. Follow by stamping on top of each of the smaller flower images. It is interesting to see how this makes the card piece more interesting to look at.

Putting the Card Together

To finish the card, adhere the stamped card piece to the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Merry Merlot CS, then to the front of the Whisper White CS card base.

Viola! That is all there is to this card! You could make a bunch of these with different colors and different sentiments. I like to have cards on hand to cover any occasion so I don’t have to rush to make one when a situation arises. The Art Gallery sentiments would make a great collection of all occasion cards.

Thank you so much for stopping by. My plan over the next few months is to post a simple stamping card every Tuesday and continue to post a Fun Fold Card on Fridays. I would like to add another post on Wednesday. Do you have a preference for what I should post? Let me know what you would like by commenting below. Thanks in advance for you suggestions.

Dove of Hope- Happy New Year

Hello and Happy New Year! I do not think I am alone in being extremely excited to leave 2020 behind! I truly hope for a much better 2021! On that note I decided to create a New Year’s card with the Dove of Hope stamp set by Stampin’ Up!® and it is a Fun Fold!

The Dove of Hope stamp set by Stampin’ Up!® is another one of my favorite stamps from the 2020 Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. I love the versatility of the dove which could be used all year long for wishing a Happy New Year, religious celebrations (baptism, communion, confirmation), weddings and to just share some peace, joy and love.

The Dove of Hope stamp set is retiring but is still available until January 4, 2021. You may click HERE to purchase it. I also used the “Happy New Year” sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set which is in the 2020-2021 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog HERE

Measurements

Measurements: Whisper White Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches with a score line at 3 1/4 inches; Pacific Point CS: 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches, 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches and 7/8 x 2 7/8 inches; Coastal Cabana CS: 3 1/8 x 5 3/8 inches; the Brights Designer Series Paper* (DSP): 1) Coastal Cabana DSP: 3 x 5 1/4 inches and 2) Pacific Point DSP: 1 1/2 x 5 1/4 inches; and Whisper White CS: two at 3 x 3 inches and 3/4 x 2 1/4 inches. (*find out how you can get this paper at the end of the blog)

Stamping

Start off by stamping the dove in Pacific Point ink onto one of the 3 x 3 inch Whisper White CS. Add some snowflakes in Coastal Cabana ink. Some of the snowflakes are full strength and others are Stamped Off. This helps to add dimension to your card.

Switching back to the Pacific Point ink, stamp the “Peace Joy Love” sentiment onto the 3/4 x 2 3/4 inch Whisper White CS.

In order to use just the part of the sentiment that says “And A Happy New Year” you will need a Pacific Point Stampin’ Write Marker. Color the bottom part of the sentiment, huff on it to moisten it a little, and stamp onto the other 3 x 3 inch Whisper White CS.

Putting it all together

Starting with the inside of the card, adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 inch Pacific Point CS to the inside panel of the Whisper White CS card base. Now adhere the 1 1/2 x 5 1/4 inch Pacific Point DSP to the right hand side.

To finish the inside, adhere the 3 x 3 inch Whisper White CS with the “Happy New Year” sentiment as shown.

Moving on to the card front, adhere the Coastal Cabana DSP to the Coastal Cabana CS. Then adhere the Coastal Cabana card piece to the front of the Whisper White CS card base.

To complete the card front, adhere the dove card piece to the 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch Pacific Point CS and the “Peace Joy Love” sentiment to the 7/8 x 2 7/8 inch Pacific Point CS.

Taking card to place the adhesive only on the left hand side, adhere the dove card piece to the card front. Be mindful of the placement so that the white panel underneath does not show around the dove card piece.

Lastly, apply adhesive to the left hand side of the sentiment and adhere it to the card front.

And Viola! Here’s hoping for more Peace, Joy and Love in 2021!

Stampin’ Up!® Merry Moose Christmas Cards

Wow! Christmas is almost here! It seems I have been making Christmas cards forever! Today’s Stampin’ Up!® Merry Moose Christmas Cards are very special because they are for my customers. I love my customers! They are the life of my business. With this in mind, the Stampin’ Up!® Statement of the Heart is really true for me “To love what we do and share what we love as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments, in this we make a difference.”

The Merry Moose stamp set and Moose Punch are just so fun! And the “Merry Christmoose” sentiment adds a little humor. The background for the card is from the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper (DSP). So, let’s get started!

Supplies

Measurements: Whisper White Card Stock (CS) card base: 5 1/2 x 8 /12 inches with a score line at 4 1/4 inches; Pretty Peacock CS: 5 1/8 x 3 7/8 inches and 7/8 x 3 7/8 inches; Feels Like Frost DSP: 3 3/4 x 5 inches; Whisper White CS: 3/4 x 3 7/8 inches; Soft Suede CS: 3 x 4 inches and Cherry Cobbler CS: 1 1/2 x 2 inches. Alternatively, on some cards I used Balmy Blue, Night of Navy, Highland Heather and Shaded Spruce in place of the Pretty Peacock.

Stamping

Starting with the Soft Suede ink, stamp the inside of the Whisper White CS card base with the little racoon and then with the sentiment “enjoy the stillness of the season”. Similarly, stamp the moose onto the Soft Suede CS on one side. Note: Remember to use a catalog, magazine, or the Stampin’ Pierce Mat to get a great image with the Photopolymer Stamps.

Switching to the Cherry Cobbler ink, stamp the sentiment “Merry Chrismoose” onto the right hand side of the 3/4 x 3 7/8 inch Whisper White CS. Continuing with the Cherry Cobbler ink stamp the scarf onto the Cherry Cobbler CS.

Putting it all Together

Fussy cut the scarf and then use the Moose Punch to punch out the moose. Next use adhesive to adhere the scarf to the moose, and the sentiment strip to the 7/8 x 3 7/8 inch Pretty Peacock CS.

Apply adhesive to the Feels Like Frost DSP and then adhere it to the Pretty Peacock CS. Next adhere the card piece to the front of the Whisper White CS card base. To top it off add the sentiment strip.

Complete the card by using Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the moose to the card front on the sentiment strip.

Viola! You have made a fun Christmas card! I am trying to send one to every customer. If I perchance miss you, please leave me a comment or PM me on my Facebook page HERE.
